Psychologist, Speaker, Coach

Mary Mangos is a registered Psychologist and has a mission to share science-based strategies and practical ideas that inspire individuals, organisations and teams towards more clarity, productivity and calm.
Mary is also in burnout recovery and can share her wisdom and the active behaviours and choices that make a positive difference.
She is the author of Finding Your Well-BEing, is an engaging speaker, and facilitates webinars, workshops and keynotes for a thriving and flourishing life.

Your Facilitator - Dr. Jenny Liu
Scientist, Educator and Author of the Multi-System Model of Resilience

Dr. Jenny Liu is a scientist, educator, and the author of the Multi-System Model of Resilience. Dr. Liu is an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University.
She works with stakeholders to identify the determinants of resilience in different communities, and support efforts to promote or build resilience using a number of evidence-informed strategies and approaches.
