What happens when we feel stressed?
In a normal stress response, your heightened state is followed by a state of recovery and rest. Your body and mind calm and you restore your resources.
If you don’t calm down and you continue to experience stressors it can lead to chronic stress. Chronic stress opens the door to burnout if we don't recover properly.
