The Power of Gratitude

You will have a chance to understand why gratitude can be impactful, as I share some research findings. 
Assess your gratitude and improve your self-awareness and knowledge.
The strategies that you will explore will offer you options for how to grow your gratitude to improve your happiness, productivity and wellbeing.

Mary Mangos

Mary has a mission to share scientific strategies and practical ideas to inspire individuals, organisations and teams towards clarity, peace and joy. She is an experienced learning professional, working with individuals, leaders and staff on wellbeing since 2001.
